Our hybrid coaching model is combined with both our 1:1 coaching and online platforms, meaning you can coach with us from a far, whilst also gaining access to a coach on a monthly basis. This model allows you the client to experience aspects of 1:1 coaching, whilst also being able to work by yourself on the programme we set. For those who are just looking for that extra accountability and structure.
Our 1:1 systems flow nicely through to the online platform, designing & tailoring all of your training & nutrition programmes to suit your goals from the back of your online consultation. This is onboard your own custom app in which you will have direct access to from your mobile device.
You will gain access to our full exercise & movement library in which you can learn from & apply to your own programmes. Exercise mechanics & correct execution is something we pride ourselves on at KL Fitness.
There is a consistent weekly online check in & review process which is booked via ‘Calendly’. This is to ensure we stay ahead of your training & nutrition, assessing the previous weeks check ins, this will enable us to make any adjustments.
The important factor of this coaching model is that you qualify for your own 1:1 time with your coach each month.
